Privacy policy

When you fill in a form on this site, such as the mini report request or the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, and your message or the decision you're weighing. When you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you include.

We use your details to answer your request: to review it, reply, and, if we take it on, deliver what you asked for. We may follow up about that request. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you sign up for one.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle messages, such as hosting and form handling (Cloudflare), email and analytics (Google Analytics).

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our agreement applies.

To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it, email support@ludopsy.com. We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
